AUTOLAND is an independent pre-owned auto dealership located in Gastonia looking for a motivated General Manager who understands the used car industry as well as the financing processes for auto sales. Customer service integrity are key elements in making us who we are, and our sales people must be focused on working well with customers in order to keep them as longterm happy clients. About the Job - Seek out, negotiate and secure profitable sales of vehicles - Follow up on all sales leads from a variety of sources phone, walk-ins, classifieds, print ads, referrals, etc. - Learnunderstand the dealer software for stocking in inventory billing out deals - Process new inventory by stocking into dealer software, filling out Options Sheets, taking pictures of cars for web siteother marketing outlets - Educate customers in their financing options as needed - Assist in working with finance partners to ensure better credit approval rate for our customers - Deliver vehicles to customers will include completing warranty delivery paperwork, following up on completion of any dealership obligations to customer any work that needs to be done on the car, final detailing, etc., demonstrating vehicles operating features to customer, and building customer loyalty - Maintain daily knowledge of car inventory, including features, conditions, warranty status, etc. - Daily repositioning of the cars on the lot as necessary - Post renew web postings as needed - Schedule will require Saturdays some holidays schedule is flexible averages 40 hours per week Minimal Qualifications - Mid level background within the auto sales industry - Outstanding communication interpersonal skills a must - Great at seeking, tracking following up with customers - Proficient at computers - Must have professional appearance but ties are not required - Must be reliable - Willingness to pitch in as a team player this is a small dealership and each of us wear many hats - Valid In-State Drivers License - Must have cell phone Call Joe at [removed phone]-------------[removed phone] Location 2110 EAST FRANKLIN BLVD.
